My name is Lourdes, but you can call me Vicki! I began my career in real estate in 2006 when I was hired at a growing property management company while my former husband was stationed in Ft. Stewart, GA as an EOD Technician disarming bombs. I quickly climbed the ranks, learning all facets of the industry. In 2013, my husband was KIA in Afghanistan and with a young daughter to raise, I decided to become a licensed real estate agent. My sales journey took me to the beaches of 30A, FL where I worked representing luxury residential sales clients and military families relocating to the local installations.

A great opportunity took me to my home state of California to work for the industry leader CBRE in their commercial property management department. In my role, I was able to assist in the management of over 1 million sq ft mixture of office & industrial portfolios and assisted in the sales of commercial properties. Learning so much about the commercial side inspired me to pursue my Bachelor's of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting. After graduation, my first love called me home - residential property management.

True South Rentals was founded in 2021 and it has been amazing to be the Broker and Co-Owner of a property management firm that is shaking things up in the industry and offering a higher quality of service. My journey came full circle and put me in the exact place I needed to be in the right timing and for that I am eternally grateful!
